Last year for our 10 year anniversary I wanted to do something special so...on the aniversary of the day Brauch asked me to marry him (FEBRUARY 7th) I planned a special night with a picnic at the Salt Lake Temple (the location Brauch first popped the question.) The picnic was chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling apple juice and chocolate doughnuts. It was such a hit for ALYSA that we have decided to celebrate every year as a family this special day. This year we went through the Draper Temple as a family. It was great to have Brauch and I and both of our girls together in the temple. Later that night we had a candle lit bubble bath, with sparkling apple juice, chocolate covered strawberries, and animal crackers (for Ainsley).
Ainsley has officially learned how to crawl. She is all over the place! If there really was a Highway to Heaven she would definitely be on it. She is pure joy wrapped up in a infant's body. We can't get enough of her.
This was Alysa's third year performing in the Mini Cheer Clinic. She loves it soooo much! Each year she gets a little more Rhythm and a lot more Attitude!

From the very first day of cheer clinic Alysa has been practicing this jump. She calls it the "SpLiTz". Her friend Preslie came over to play days after her performance. After Preslie had been playing at our house for awhile, both girls came out of Alysa's room and Alysa said: "Mom I've been helping Preslie with her SpLiTz. She couldn't do it as good as me...but now she's doing a lot better see..." Preslie then performed for me her "new and improved" SpLiTz after being so wonderfully coached by miss expert Alysa.
